2. No Real Money Gambling

IMPORTANT: 21Lounge is a FREE entertainment platform for playing virtual blackjack with friends. This is NOT a gambling service.

• All chips and currency in the game are virtual and have no real monetary value
• You cannot win or lose real money on this platform
• Chips cannot be exchanged for real currency or prizes
• This platform is for entertainment and social purposes only
• We do not facilitate, promote, or support real-money gambling

3. Age Requirements

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and only for unused portions of the subscription period
• Subscription features are subject to change, but we will notify you of significant changes

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. All subscription fees are in USD. Free plan users can enjoy basic features without payment.

7. Video Chat

21Lounge includes optional video chat functionality. By using video chat, you agree to:

• Only share appropriate content
• Not record other users without consent
• Respect other users' privacy

Note: Video chat availability depends on your subscription plan. Free plan users can use video chat when joining tables created by premium users, but cannot use video chat in tables they create themselves.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

21Lounge is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 21Lounge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
